Before production starts
If you cancel before production begins, we will refund payments received for the cancelled work.
After production starts
Each project is custom-made. Completed work is generally non-refundable. If you cancel during production, we will explain the work completed and refund any prepaid amount attributable to work not performed.
Problems with a delivery
If your delivery does not match the agreed brief, contact hello@yourads.pro. We will first work with you to correct the issue through the applicable revisions.
If we cannot provide the agreed work or correct a material failure, we will first offer an alternative ad. If a suitable alternative cannot be agreed upon, we will offer an appropriate refund for the affected, undelivered or unusable portion.
Changes of direction
New concepts or requirements introduced after approval may require a separate quote.
Campaign performance
We do not guarantee views, clicks, sales, conversions or platform approval. Refunds are not based solely on campaign performance or platform decisions outside our control.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any refund or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
