1. Our service
YourAds.pro creates custom AI-assisted advertising videos and related creative content. Your agreed package or written quote specifies the deliverables, duration, formats, price, delivery estimate and included revisions.
2. Orders and payment
Production begins after the brief is agreed and the required payment and materials are received. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Additional work requires agreement on any extra charges.
3. AI-assisted production
Our work may include AI-generated imagery, presenters, voices and effects. AI presenters are not genuine customers giving personal testimonials. Generated product appearances and other details may require refinement.
4. Your materials and approval
You confirm that you have permission to use the logos, photographs, recordings, product imagery and other materials you supply.
You are responsible for approving the accuracy of product claims, prices and messaging before publication, and for complying with applicable advertising rules and platform requirements, including required AI-content and advertising disclosures.
5. Delivery and revisions
Delivery estimates begin once we receive the required materials and agree on the brief. Delayed materials, approvals or changes may affect delivery.
Included revisions cover adjustments to the agreed concept. New concepts, additional videos, extra formats and substantial changes may require a separate quote.
6. Commercial-use licence
After full payment, you receive a worldwide, ongoing licence to use, reproduce, publish and adapt the final deliverables for your business’s commercial advertising, including websites, organic social posts, paid promotions and A/B testing.
This licence does not transfer ownership of third-party music, stock assets, AI tools, models or production processes. Any material restrictions affecting your intended use will be disclosed before delivery. Source files and standalone third-party assets are included only when expressly agreed.
AI-generated elements may not be exclusive or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. Complimentary samples and unfinished previews are for evaluation unless we expressly grant publication rights.
7. Advertising results
We provide creative production services. We do not guarantee advertising approval, views, clicks, sales, conversions or other campaign results.
8. Confidentiality and portfolio use
Tell us about confidentiality requirements before sharing sensitive material. We will request permission before publicly showcasing commissioned client work.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Our Refund Policy applies to cancellations and refund requests. Any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
